During our recent festive escape to Privat Monika, we were enveloped in a warmth reminiscent of a cozy Swiss chalet, yet nestled in the beautiful Liptovsky Mikulas. Monika herself is the very definition of a great host; her welcoming nature and thoughtful touches made our stay a memorable one. The clean and spacious room, complete with a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV, offered all the essentials and more, like a lovely smell of fresh bedding. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the little details - from the shared kitchen brimming with free coffee, fruit, and even a beer tap to the lovely sauna and hot tub that beckoned after a day on the slopes. It's just a 5-minute walk to catch the ski bus, but after a long day, we simply sank into the comforting ambience of the place, enjoying the lovely garden and barbecue facilities. I wholeheartedly recommend Privat Monika for a winter getaway or a summer retreat; it feels less like a hotel and more like visiting an old friend. I'll definitely be back with my fiancé for a longer stay to soak up all that this beautiful area has to offer! Thank you, Monika - we can't wait to see you again!
